Kyrisma is a crypto market-intelligence application operated by Nymbus Capital ("we", "us"). It provides market data, watchlists, wallet tracking, AI-assisted analysis, and self-custody wallet tooling. The service is currently offered as a beta: features may change, and availability is not guaranteed.
Nothing in Kyrisma — including AI-generated responses — is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Market data may be delayed or inaccurate. Crypto assets are volatile; you are solely responsible for your decisions.
Kyrisma never receives, stores, or transmits your private keys, seed phrases, or recovery material. Self-custody wallets are encrypted in your browser with a password only you know. If you lose your password and recovery phrase, we cannot recover your wallet or funds. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; verify every transaction before signing.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be legally able to use the service where you live. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to circumvent usage limits, or violate these terms.
Kyrisma Pro is a monthly subscription processed by Stripe. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.
Don't abuse the AI or data endpoints (scraping, automated bulk extraction, resale), probe or disrupt the service, or use Kyrisma for unlawful activity.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or loss of crypto assets held in self-custody.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
