Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data — email, password hash (we never store plaintext passwords), optional profile preferences, and sign-in metadata (IP address, device info) for security features like new-device alerts.
• Public wallet addresses you choose to track, and the public balance/transaction data derived from them.
• Usage data — watchlists, AI conversations, and feature usage counts (used to enforce plan limits and improve the product).
• Product analytics — first-party only: pages visited, features used, and coarse device info (browser family, OS, device type), tied to a random pseudonymous identifier. Approximate location (country/region) is derived from your IP address at the moment of collection and the IP address itself is discarded, never stored. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal, and you can opt out anytime in Settings → Profile; no analytics are shared with or collected by third parties.
• Billing data — handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer/subscription identifiers, never your card number.

What we never collect

Private keys, seed phrases, and wallet passwords. Self-custody wallet secrets are encrypted in your browser and never transmitted to our servers.

How we use data

To operate the service (auth, tracking, AI answers), secure your account (2FA, session management, security notifications), process subscriptions, and improve features. AI conversations are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) to generate responses; we do not sell your data.

Service providers

We use Amazon Web Services (hosting, email), Stripe (payments), OpenAI (AI responses), Google/GitHub (optional sign-in), and blockchain data providers (public chain data). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. To delete your account and associated data, email support@kyrisma.com — an in-app deletion flow is coming. Some records (e.g. billing) may be retained where the law requires.

Cookies

We use first-party cookies strictly for authentication and security (session, CSRF, device trust), plus first-party browser storage holding a random analytics identifier (cleared when you opt out). No third-party advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.
